2. Quality or Incorrect Items If we sent the wrong model or if there is a factory defect:

Once verified, we will process a 100% Free Replacement. No return of the original item is required.
3. Cancellations You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. After this window, our automated system has already processed your order for shipment, and changes cannot be made.
